"The property is very new and very clean. It’s just as pictured. Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. "

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of Naples. Don’t let the entrance fool you. It may be a little hard to find but the hotel gave excellent directions to the small elevator off of Via Toledo, a pedestrian only street, to access the hotel. Once the elevators doors open you will access a chic hotel with superior service, lovely rooms with good soundproofing given all of the activity on the streets just outside. First thing though 1) because of its excellent location (it’s central to everything with excellent harbour views), it is on the front which is noisy!
