"Hôtel très bien situé dans Naples. Personnel très agréable et chambre spacieuse et propre. Le point négatif: c'est très bruyant. Notre chambre etait côté galleria umberto donc il y a beaucoup de monde qui y passe jusqu'à très tard (mac do en dessous jusqu'à minuit) et ça résonne beaucoup. On entend également tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et dès 6h30 on entend le personnel preparer le petit déjeuner."

"Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. From the moment we arrived all the staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. "First off, it's NOT a Hotel, it's an air BnB. NOT what I Wanted. Air Conditioning was NOT Working, They Opened a Window and Supplied Me with a Fan. Being that I Slept with The Window Open it Was Hard to Sleep with All the Noise coming from Outside. I Tried looking for another Hotel, but EVERYTHING Was Booked or Out of My Price Range. "We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!"
