THE BASICS.
• The Villa has 5 double bedrooms, each with private patio, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining area, Large games area, Various patios all around the house, extensive outdoor furniture,, artificial lawn, sunbeds, 10m x 5M INFINITY POOL and Jacuzzi
•

THE VILLA
• This fabulous villa set in 20,000 m2 of land. It is patronized by celebrities, used for movie shoots and hosts weddings and functions every year.
•
• It is situated in the ancient Moorish village of Mojacar on the coast of Almeria.
•
• It occupies sole position on the top of a small mountain commanding breath-taking views over the beach and along the coast as far as Cartagena. and surrounded by acres of awesome mountains on 3 sides and endless Mediteranean sea to the front.
•
• There is no-one to disturb your peace. and n just 5 minutes you will find the beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops below.
•
• The infinity pool seems to stretch in to the sea and the optional jacuzzi provides a bubbling therapeutic experience or just a late night place to soak whilst having a glass of wine and watching the moon and stars.
•
• There is everything to engage all ages in a dream vacation; a games room with pool table, table tennis, roulette wheel and other indoor activities. Also sofas, separate TV and games console.

THE AREA
•
• Almeria is the sunniest area of Europe and yet still a relatively undiscovered area of Spain..
• It receives more than 300 days of sun a year so good weather is likely most of the time and the average winter air temperature is 16° C in the shade but hot in the sun.
•
• Because of poor international access in the sixties Mojacar learned from the mistakes of the developing Spanish resorts and decided that no development could be more than 2 stories high.

• This is still a relatively undiscovered area so there are miles of nearby beaches never having more than scattering of bodies. There are also dedicated naturist locations.
•
• Attractions include many beautiful white washed villages such as Mojacar and Bedar with their narrow cobbled streets and Arabic history and architecture and the tiny coastal and fishing villages of the Cabo de Gata National Park.
•
• There are several Golf courses including championships courses of Valle del Este and Desert Springs.
•
• All activities are within easy reach such as tennis riding, padel, bowls, 10 pin Bowling, fishing, all water-sports and mountain walking
•
• Nearby at Pulpi there is the second largest Geode in the world now under consideration as a World Heritage site.
•
• The area is rich in mineral caves and places to visit. A 2.5 hour drive takes you to Granada to see the Alhambra palace or to Nerja to see the incredibly breath-taking caves.
• Visit Mini Hollywood to see cowboy shows re enacted amid the scenery where many spaghetti and action movies were filmed.
•
• In the winter you can start your day in the warmth of Mojacar then drive to spend the day on the ski slopes of Siera Nevada and back in the same day.
•

Exceptional property, location and experience

This was an extended family trip to mark a special occasion and we could not have picked a more memorable property and location. The property is exceptional, with plenty of high quality space for 10 people with excellent pool and gardens. The property was clean and well equipped. The most amazing feature is the location with its out of this world views of the sea, Mojacar playa town and the mountains. It is something you can only dream about normally. It literally took our breath away when we arrived and made us feel very special and privileged to be there every day of our stay. Highly recommended. Host and local agent very helpful with great communication. We do hope to come back some day!

Fantastic holiday

We had a family holiday in July and we really cannot fault anything about our holiday; our hosts were welcoming, incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. The villa is stunning and unusually the pictures on the website are an accurate representation. Mojocar is a lovely little town with just the right amount of facilities. If you have teenagers the games room is a brilliant addition and allows competitive parents to thrash their children at pool and table tennis before enjoying a refreshing dip in the infinity pool! We would highly recommend the area and villa to anyone considering it.

Fabulous private Villa Retreat

Tremendous villa, photos don’t do this property justice! Seeing is absolutely believing. Large bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Plenty of bathrooms to go round with well equipped laundry room and kitchen. So many outdoor dining areas so you can follow the sun/shade around the villa. The pool was another level, with beautiful surrounding gardens. We even spotted a tortoise shuffling amongst the bedding plants, a treat to see. All in all a wonderful week spent with family at Julian’s villa. Thank you for hosting us.

WOW, WOW, WOW. BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL

A real gem as all the previous reviews told us. Every day we were amazed by this fantastic place with incredible 360° Views. It was a stretch for our pocket but worth every penny. We were 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler and Mojacar has been a favourite holiday destination over many years. Looking forward to going back.

A fantastic week

The bad bits first: The drive up to the property is a steep single track with a large drop on one side - It didn't bother me at all, but my wife was petrified. I wouldn't take young children here as you'll spend the whole time making sure that they fall over the edges. With that said, what a fantastic place. It's at the top of a hill with no real neighbours - privacy in ensured. The views are fantastic. The pool was in the sun from first thing in the morning until about 8pm. Numerous different seating areas outside. A large external table and chairs for meals - we had 9 round it. We had the table under cover, but can be moved into the sun if you wish. Good gas BBQ. Very efficient aircon in all bedrooms and lounge. We all had a fantastic week and would thoroughly recommend this property

A week for a family group of 7

This was an amazing, spacious property. Well equipped for our group of 7 and the best we’ve ever stayed in. The views were amazing, the arrangements of bedrooms, with multiple communal areas, stunning pool and beautiful surroundings made us reluctant to leave. The terraces outside each bedroom with individual tables under the bougainvillea laden pergola were perfect for morning coffee and reading. The well-equipped kitchen and BBQ made catering very easy and enjoyable. The restaurants we visited were all reasonably priced and the food very good . The drive up to the property in our large vehicle was quite challenging initially but well worth it for the wonderful view and location. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing, luxurious stay. Thank you

Fantastisch vakantiehuis op geweldige locatie

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis met geweldig uitzicht. Door de ligging volledige privacy. De kinderen konden zo volop van het zwembad genieten zonder zorgen om geluidsoverlast voor buren want die zitten op geruime afstand. Voor vakantie met kinderen deren zonder zwemdiploma mogelijk minder geschikt zo zonder omheining van het zwembad, maar voor ons ideaal. Elke dag genoten van het uitzicht. De zee met de auto snel te bereiken. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je niet makkelijk lopend op pad kunt door de steile toegangsweg, maar afhankelijk bent van de (huur)auto's wanneer je op pad wilt. Eenmaal aan de kust kun je wel weer volop wandelingen maken. Al met al een echte aanrader met vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangst.

Villa incroyable qui du lever du soleil au lever de lune offre des vues exceptionnelles sur la mer et la montagne et où il fait juste bon vivre et profiter du meilleur. Malgré le temps souvent plus mitigé à Pâques, séjour absolument parfait. Accueil, prise en charge et tenue de la propriété irréprochables. Au plaisir de revenir très prochainement dans cette villa coup de coeur.

What a wonderful villa, the location and views are breath taking and even better than the photographs suggest. It’s in a perfect spot, tranquil and beautiful and has a very special feel about it. The house, the equipment, the location, the assistance, etc., everything was just perfect. The pictures do not show how great this house is, the views of the sea, the incredible infinity pool... there was even an outdoors jacuzzi. Wonderful experience!
