"This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). "This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. "Was a great experience, Kelly showed us around and had cold water ready. That was great after a long ride on a hot day. The deer outside were fun to watch. The place was clean and well stocked. Can’t wait to stay here again in a few months. "

"Great location… place is a very nice and cozy. We had a wonderful time everything we need is there from the kitchen to the outdoor activities. Kids enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak and the water. Close to silverwood theme park. And definetely come back again. Good communication with the owner and very accomodating and willing to work with schedule. People are very friendly. "

"It was a family trip and everyone came from different destinations and met in Idaho. The house was nice and clean."

"We came to CDA for my stepson's graduation commencement, being a family of 6 from southern CA we booked this property based on the price and location and the themed decorations. It did not disappoint. Every amenity was provided, even ones we did not need, like a BBQ and the feature of the second kitchen. "We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it! We went to Silverwood which was only 30 minutes away. The downtown area was 15 minutes away and stores were easily accessible. All of the necessities such as towels, kitchen tools, cooking items & laundry were stocked and much more. We are grateful to have stayed here and it was easy to communicate with Sean. I highly recommend staying here! "
