WiFi and video steaming available on both of the 65" and 55" smart TVs. Highchair and playpen provided for those traveling with little ones.

    Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. With a fully stocked kitchen we have made cooking and eating in a delight. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace. Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy apartment is a perfect fit. BOOK NOW!

    Guest Access:
    Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

    Other Things to Note:
    We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Sweet and cozy

Great communication with the host, had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and ancillary items go. Never had a problem finding parking and it was nice and close to a couple of parks and trails.

The owners are awesome and helpful. Their response time is amazing if you need anything and they offer their help at any time. The apartment is clean and quite spacious for my husband and I. This is our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable

We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

Great location, modern, clean and comfortable.

We were in Spokane for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to stay for a couple nights with two kids. Central location, new building, plenty of parking, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, excellent communication, not much more to ask for. These hosts are dialed in to The details.

This property was excellent for our 2 night stay. The property was well equipped for dining, visiting and sleeping. Everything that you'd need for the aforementioned activities was provided, communication with property hosts were easy and fanswered frequently when called upon. Great stay!

Enjoyed the stay. Great place with comfy beds. Neighbors were a bit loud, but turned on the white noise machine and all was good. Don’t pass this place up because it really is a great find. Will book it next time we are in Spokane.

3 night stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Same price as a hotel or cheaper with the convenience of being in a home. Comfortable beds, tv, great location, nice neighbors. Will rent again!
