This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It is comfortable and close to everything we love to do in CDA. We used the bikes this time around. One is a cruiser and one has gears. Fun to tool around town on them. We did have problems with the tv reception but it may have been loose cables. Ramon was going to look into and fix. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a relaxing stay.

This is a great place to stay! The home is so charming & was extremely clean. It is in a very beautiful & safe neighborhood. My husband & I like to walk & not only is the neighborhood wonderful, with so many interesting homes & lovely gardens, it is about a 3 minute walk to the beach. This was a great bonus. You should not hesitate to book this terrific place.

The home was close to the beach , great hiking and we could reach the biking trails easily . It was a nice walk to downtown and in a very quiet area.. the location was amazing ! The home was clean and fitted out with everything that you needed for a great stay . Highly recommended!

Absolutely LOVE this property! Nestled in a neighborhood, cute and quaint and has everything you could need. Great location, Tubbs Hill entrance practically right out your door. Sanders beach also out your door and a nice beach to hangout on. This was our second visit and we will be back for sure, great AC in the hot summer months as well.
