Come enjoy our new home in the Spokane Valley. A beautiful duplex located in a quiet new subdivision. Easy freeway access, just minutes from Arbor Crest Winery, and walking distance from the Spokane River and Centennial Trail. Only 20 minutes to downtown Spokane and 25 minutes to Coeur d'Alene Idaho. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room make this a perfect home away from home for your group or family.



The Space:

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, three bedroom, two bathroom duplex. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV.



We provide smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry as well as a single car garage. Wi-Fi and video steaming is available on both the 65" and 55" smart TVs. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and playpen are provided to better accommodate your stay.



Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy duplex is the perfect fit for you.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the one car garage during their stay as well as full access to the large driveway.



Getting Around:

This location is not yet showing in some standard GPS systems or Google Maps. After booking your stay we will provide detailed directions and instructions to help eliminate any issues or wrong turns.



Other Things to Note:

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.



Interaction with Guests:

We value the privacy of our guests, but want to ensure that all of your needs are met during your stay. Our level of involvement is dependent on your personal needs. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate you in anyway.

Nice but overpriced

Beautiful clean spacious home but fell short in the following: bedrooms lacked blinds/black out curtains and in summer will be bright from 4 am, duplex with thin walls where you can hear neighbors and their plumbing at all times including midnight, dryer takes over 2 cycles to dry, pier and beam home so foot traffic in home can be loud, home is not equipped with many spare items needed for long stays eg tissue boxes, garbage bags, paper towels etc; items promised at time of booking were not present i.e. high chair& gas tank for bbq girl - causing us to seek alternatives and change plans. Owners were great communicators though and looks like they have other properties on bnb so don’t have complete oversight over each property leading to deficiencies. They have templated succinct instruction in the home and text that made for an easy check in and check out process. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this home.

Very clean. Comfortable living area a functional well stocked kitchen. Our family liked the proximity of services and how quiet it was. We would have appreciated the broken bedside lamp being replaced wheel we were there. It would also be nice to have shelves or a bureau to put belongings down on in the two smaller bedrooms Otherwise a great stay.

Quiet neighborhood. Great place to kick back and relax after a whirlwind of activities celebrating my grandson’s graduation from law school at Gonzaga. Very accommodating. Well equipped house. Beautifully decorated.

Very nice duplex in quiet neighborhood. 5 star

For the amt. of square ft. of the house it is impressively roomy. We really only used it for a place for the family to stay for one night so didn’t use the adequately supplied kitchen (everything you would need to cook) other than for our morning coffee. TVs worked well, living room comfy, and it had a small fenced back yard that’s due for a mow but wasn’t unkept. That stuff grows like crazy with the spring rains. BBQ for those that want to grill, and a couple patio chairs. Loved that there were a couple games and my eyes went straight to the poker chips and cards. BYOB! :)FIRM mattresses and plump pillows. Note* more of the subdivision being prepped on groundwork out the back so maybe currently midweek there might be some dirt movers working during the day but there was no activity when we were there Saturday night. 4/19/25On a quiet street about 10 to 20 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go in Spokane area.4 stars on check-in only because our code didn’t work and there was about 20 minutes where we weren’t sure how long it would take. When the hosts got back to us the matter was resolved immediately and wasn’t an issue again. Communication was good from booking to after we left. Also liked the single car garage access even though I wouldn’t expect problems in the quiet neighborhood.Rocket Bakery a few minutes away with GF options. Also the name brand coffee a few blocks further.Good home for families or small groups.

Great gathering Space!

From the very comfy beds to the wonderfully thoughtful amenities, this place was tidy and welcoming. 6 of us travelled to Spokane for a Celebration of life event, requiring an overnight stay. This was a much better alternative to us booking 3 hotel rooms! Hosts were kind and thoughtful, check-in process was a breeze.! Highly recommend! Highl

Wonderful!

My husband & I booked a stay for three nights while in town to visit family who recently moved to the Spokane area. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen & bathrooms were with quality items for guests use. Every room was very clean & tastefully decorated. The beds were quite comfortable and the duplex was located on a very quiet street—both of which helped ensure we slept well each night. We appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage each night & it made for very easy loading & unloading of our suitcases & such. Communication with the owners was great—everything was as described—if not better. We would (and probably will) stay here again & again. Highly recommend!
