"A superb little hotel. Spotlessly clean. We had to remove the room “aromatiser” are they called - something scented with sticks coming out - far too strong and completely unnecessary but open windows and fresh air cleared the smell. Helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfasts: wide variety and with apples fresh from the garden in September. 15 minutes walk into Oxford through the beautiful University Parks and onto Parks Rd, calling in at the Natural History Museum en route. Also some nice touches in the room such as complementary still and flavoured waters in the fridge and a large chocolate bar. Only drawback was the lack of parking. Nearest car park was 15 minutes away and about £40 for 24 hours of parking.
