"In spite of several demands and messages to the owner, I did not receive any indication on how to enter the flat until after I had booked a last-minute bedroom in a proper hotel. The owner blamed it on the email platform that (apparently) did not transmit the info. That may well be the case, but in any event, he did not take any notice of the messages asking for info until 5 hours after the theoretical check-in time."

"A lovely property, clean and comfortable, situated conveniently right in the centre of Oxford but still quiet and peaceful. Some of the instructions about the key fobs were a little confusing (we couldn’t find the other key box) but it was still reasonably easy to access the property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend."

"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"
