"There were many good things about this hotel: location; cleanliness; price. However, we got locked out of our room when we returned at 10 p.m. because of a problem with the keypad system. So frustrating. To the company's credit, someone answered the customer service number when we called, tried to resolve the problem remotely (didn't work), and sent a caretaker who arrived about a half hour later. We had to wait outside on the street because the small lobby was about 100 degrees. It was...

"If you’re looking for a place with gold-plated faucets and a personal butler… keep scrolling. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in an awesome location, this is it.The apartment was exactly what we needed—simple, spotless, and in the perfect spot. We walked to restaurants, the hospital was just a short walk away, and getting around Boston couldn’t have been easier.This place was the perfect home base. We’d absolutely stay here again.
