We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"Property is nice and some renovations was still going on. The kitchen essentials were not provided and we had to ask for salt and pepper. If you are planning to cook, would recommend a quick grocery run after check in. Pots and pans provided were only 1 each.We were offered a room which was in an area getting renovated and the corridor didn’t look good at all. "We ended up booking this hotel for a girls trip in April. We had a room facing the street so it got very loud at night as there was a Coffeeshop and pub right across the street. The other reason for the noise-the hotel staff kept manually turning off the AC- forcing us to open the window to cool the room down. Some nights it was quiet, other nights we were not able to sleep. Several nights it appeared someone was stomping or moving furniture in the room above us. "
