"Great location. Hotel is old and shabby. Much is outdated and not really architecturally. Interesting. Furniture is old and heavy. Good bathroom. Many electrical features not working properly. Heating/air-conditioning not working properly. Poor elevator service. An entry that is fairly impossible for anybody with a handicap. Really nice position on the canals. Close to great breakfast restaurants. Hate to write this kind of review, but this hotel has seen better days."

"No aircondition in room-couldn’t believe it when i open the door there was 27 degrees inside the room. You could only use fan provided.
