"Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete.
I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful.
The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used.
The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."

"I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful.
I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Everything was clean and quiet,...

Easy parking, everything you need available in the apartment. Only thing was that the house cleaning was not cleaning to well, left the kitchen untouched. But everything else 5 stars"

"The hotel is away from the centre but thankfully easy by bus to get to. The area is a bit nondescript and gets deserted at night. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The kitchen was spacious and fully kitted. I previously stayed in other Bob W’s and having a front desk was a welcome change from the impersonal service.
