  • Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en este monumento del siglo XVIII totalmente amueblado _habitación / _baño. El 2 dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, cómoda para dormir 4 adultos. El salón está amueblado con mesa con 8 plazas y sala de estar con televisión. La cocina es perfecta para cenar, ya que está equipada con café y té y utensilios de cocina para 8 personas. La casa se encuentra en el centro de Ámsterdam, a poca distancia a pie: Rijksmuseum, Hermitage, Rembrandt-square, Leidse-square, 7 Bridges Canal, Prinsengracht, Amstel, Heineken Brewery, De Pijp, Albert Cuyp market, Flower market y muchos más. .... y luego ver la puesta de sol desde el balcón de la sala de relajación.

Great location for our party of 5. We were able to go pretty much all around the city walking or renting bikes. Francois was very responsive and the apartment had everything we needed. Great place for our first time in Amsterdam.

The location and character of this apartment are fantastic. Although it evokes authentic Amsterdam living, it has all the necessary mod cons.The host was v responsive and provided a generous arrray of drinks and snacks on arrival, plus local recommendations for eating and visits.

We couldn’t pick a better place to stay for our family Amsterdam vacation. The property was uniquely and thoughtfully designed and suited our family of 5 perfectly. The location was perfect for all of the activities we wanted to get to and just walking but foot and exploring the area might have been our favorite activity. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and had many great recommendations for our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Very nice place to stay in an excellent location! Close to shops, restaurants and the metro station. House was very clean and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with!

A very gracious host with a cozy home in the middle of everything in Amsterdam with extremely easy access to public transportation options. The home is big enough for a family of five with all the amenities including coffee, water and beer. Very safe. Communication with the host is easy and they are accessible when you need them. Highly highly recommend to all.

The location of this unit is perfect- on a quiet residential street and near the city center. For such a small space, our family of five felt comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Our daughter is four and the stairs down to the beds are very steep, so something to be aware of it traveling with young children or folks with limited ability. It’s also very close to the metro station so travel within the city and to central station was very easy. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely stay with our family of five (3 teenagers)! The host was fabulous, great communication. Responded to questions right away, recommended greta places to eat nearby, left beverages and some snacks for us which everyone loved. The apartment is very cool and great for larger group. It is in a great location, very charming, and easy walk to everything. I just think it should be noted that all the bedrooms are in the basement and open layout with no doors between them just burlap curtains (including shower). Not much privacy for those showering, sleeping or getting ready. We were totally fine with it as family but it should be noted.

Extremely well-maintained, clean, comfortable home base - with fully stocked kitchen in a great location to explore the city. We mostly walked. Easy check in, appreciated the easy communication with the host - even offered to come late night to make sure we were connected to the network/able to catch the US in the World Cup game which was above and beyond. Note you do sleep in essentially a basement - some natural light built in 'master' bed area - Steep, spiral staircase to get to all beds - so no problem with our kids who are older - but would have been stressed with little ones. Loved Amsterdam- can't wait to come back for another visit!

Francois was an excellent host! My family and I loved the apartment and the local neighborhood. Wonderful cafes nearby, and very short walk to the museums and all of the wonderful public squares that Amsterdam has to offer. We will be back to visit next year. Francois is a perfect host with a fantastic offering. Expensive but worth it. One of the best parts of the trip was enjoying the loft.
