"Very basic hotel. Self check-in was easy and room was large enough so those are the positives. We were never told ahead of time about the system they have for turning lights and fan on which would have helped. Doors to your floor, to the room and to the washroom are really thick and heavy, hard to open, and they close shut behind you - you can't leave them open which may be hard for older or disabled people, and for anyone's trips to the washroom. King size bed and pillows were too soft....

Wir hatten uns auf Amsterdam gefreut, aber dieses Hotel war eine einzige Katastrophe.
Sauberkeit: Fehlanzeige. Wir waren 3 Tage im Hotel, unser Zimmer wurde 3 Tage lang nicht sauber gemacht, keine frische Handtücher, Klopapier, Duschgel usw. Obwohl wir jedesmal beim rausgehen an der Rezeption gesagt haben „ bitte, das Zimmer sauber machen“
Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und genervt. Als...
"Price was decent. My bed had hairs on it. No common area to eat/ relax unless you ordered food from their restaurant. Staff was rude. Very small bathroom and shower. Old disjointed building that was slightly spruced up."
"Die Badezimmertür und das Mobiliar im allgemeinen war ziemlich zerkatscht. Flecken an der Decke etc. Das Personal war sehr freundlich,Leider keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen oder draussen zu sitzen. Vorm Hotel ist halt direkt der Parkplatz. Als Stopover Hotel gut geeignet wegen der perfekten Anbindung an die Autobahn. Ansonsten ist man halt mitten im Gewerbegebiet und muss mit Auto oder Rad erstmal los um Abends zu Essen."
"Room was a higher price for what you get. Our bathroom had a flickering light bulb in the bathroom and then it went out. In morning asked for it to be fixed, back that night same thing but the desk clerk was very nice and came and fixed it. Only 2 pods for coffee, no tea. Restaurant looks very nice but we didn't eat there. Rest of hotel clean but could use an upgrade, room was small."
