The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean.
Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...
"A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. "Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...
"What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. "

"Brilliant hotel for families in a great location.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm!
We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled.
Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size!
Apart from that, great resort!"

*De kamers geven wij een 9 deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over zee.
*bediening een 9, zeer vriendelijk en spraken verstaanbaar Engels.
*het zwembad geven wij een 7 deze was ok maar hier hebben wij maar 1 of 2 x gebruik van gemaakt.
*de spa zag er mooi uit,hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus geen cijfer van ons uit.
*het eten is goed, gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils deze geven wij een 7,5
