"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "Our stay was nice with some hard caveats. The room was smaller than expected. Amenities were good with slippers/shoe covers/coffee/tea/water/sugar however no toothbrush, no milk. There was a flying ant in the room on the bed after about 20 mins of arriving and a spider in the bathroom (didn’t see anything more after dealt with). These rooms are NOT sound proofed. There is a connecting door in the Cabin room which makes the room next to it sound like the other person is in YOUR room. We could...

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"Bathroom wa sa very small wet room, which flooded the bedroom floor! Lucky there was nothing of mine on the floor that could have been ruined. Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "
