"We had an amazing stay with Hanoi indochine Premium rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was a nice finishing touch with a view into the neighbourhood. Although the hotel is right in the old town, there was no noise inside the rooms. Hopefully we can come back soon!

"Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)"

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"The hotel is ideally located right in the French Quarter. I stayed there for 11 nights.
The Night Market, Beer Street, and Ngoc Som Temple are very close by.
The staff, led by Ding, is super friendly and helpful. They can arrange a lot for you (activities, transport, tailor). I highly recommend the Food Tour. (Do this at the beginning of your stay.)
Enjoy the smile of the ever-cheerful Lilly and the very helpful: John, Luciano, Anna, and May.
A major plus of the hotel is the Spa led by lovely...
