This recently renovated home is the overall favorite for families with small children! The location can't be beat! This is the closest home to the beach and pool area and has a perfectly groomed backyard area perfect for the little ones.

The recent renovations you will enjoy include new flooring, updated furniture, new mattresses and bedding, 4K extra large flat screen TVs, outdoor lounge area and dining table. Whoever is in charge of your laundry will be happy with the newly installed Mega Washer and Dryer.

The Hibiscus layout of this home is the largest of the Ho''olei portfolio (3,301 square-feet), allowing space for an indoor dining area, as well as a 686 square-foot lanai for entertaining or relaxing outdoors.

Our home has a semi-private and secure backyard just adding more space to satisfy all of your family needs. Four private bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, give the home plenty of personal space. The home has vaulted ceilings, custom Italian cabinetry and upgraded appliances in the kitchen (Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee machines), deep soaking tubs in the master bath, and a secure, one-car attached garage.

Please note, our homes are not affiliated with the Grand Wailea pools. Ho’olei has a less crowded, 5-star pool with a baby beach, nineteen foot waterfall, swim-in-grotto, two whirlpools, men’s and women’s sauna and beautiful locker rooms with showers, all surrounded by a plush environment.

We greet your family at the unit and upon request, give you a tour of the beautiful pool with waterfalls, Jacuzzi, sand beach side and exercise room. We explain all the functions of this state-of-the-art home and answer any questions you might have regarding the Ho’olei experience and the island of Maui.

Our Island Team will welcome you to your villa, and answer any of your questions and make sure you have everything you need for your vacation. Upon your arrival, we will have a tray of local products for you to sample and enjoy. Other amenities that we offer that others may not, include a stocked kitchen with items chosen by you before you arrived, additional cleaning or babysitting.

You are within walking distance of some of the most popular beaches on Maui fronting many of the iconic Maui Resorts.

Ho'olei is in the well manicured town of Wailea and within walking distance you will find yourself at many of the easily accessible beaches such as Wailea beach. This is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is just across the street. There is also a wonderful paved walking path that goes for miles along the beach and resort areas that is perfect for an early morning jog or an evening sunset stroll.

There are some great restaurants nearby that boasts high remarks on Zagat.

This was a perfect spacious lovely home in a fabulous location and was just the perfect home base for our daughter's "wedding week" in Wailea. We enjoyed the fabulous pool and the proximity to the beach and all the fabulous restaurants Wailea has to offer. Management was extremely responsive, allowed us to check in early and depart late as well - This is a great home for togetherness, and family time.

Our extended family really enjoyed this condo. It is spacious for a large group. The location is very convenient to walk to the amenities -especially the beautiful pool area.It is also easy to drive to other areas of Maui.The property manager is very helpful- we enjoyed a number of the restaurant recommendations.We would love to return- thanks to all for making it a special stay.

Awesome stay! Very accommodating with everything you need in the kitchen! Great for family gatherings. Close to pool and beach! Beach gear to accommodate days on the sand! Definitely would stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were especially grateful for the attentiveness of the property manager with some of the questions we had after we arrived. Additionally, when my wife left her ring by accident, the cleaning staff located it right away and had it sent back. Seriously - 5/5. I can't think of any way our stay could have been better! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and resorts - a light walk and we were enjoying the beauty of the Maui coast or enjoying some evening drinks at one of the resorts. A short drive away from some wonderful snorkeling spots. I could go on and on!

The unit was beautiful and it was exactly has advertised on the website. The photos accurately showed the unit, the pool and anemities. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the lanai, the pool and the close proximity to the pool. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we had ever stayed in. There were a few minor things in the unit that were broken or not working well. I emailed Derek and he replied immediately thanking me for letting him know. We asked that no one come in to do repairs during our stay and it was honoured. Text messages to the building manager were answered immediately. That was really nice. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it

We've stayed in different villas within Ho'olei and none of them have disappointed. They're wonderful places to stay, this particular unit suited us well because it had 4 bedrooms which was great! My only real complaints were one major and one minor: 1. The price - this isn't a fault of this particular unit or owner or anything, Maui has just gotten completely out of hand with the cost of everything - property, rent, groceries, gas, everything! 2. Couldn't find a can opener. :) Another note from our experience in Maui - Wailea and Ho'olei are awesome. However, once we left the area there was quite a lot of hostility towards tourists. There seems to be a division we felt between the locals who want/need tourism and those that do not. Unfortunately the tourists themselves are caught in the middle and it can be a rather uncomfortable experience (Tourists Not Wanted signs and things like that). We had a park ranger say that some rental vehicles are being vandalized if they are left in the "wrong" area and we were cautioned several times about areas to avoid. A final example to illustrate, we went to Twin Falls and when we arrived, there were two pick up trucks parked diagonally and a man sitting on a bucket staring down any tourists who slowed down or parked to view the falls. There aren't many spots to begin with and this person was intentionally blocking about half of them. That's the kind of awkward and uncomfortable vibe we had. Just a note to those planning.

Our family of 6 adults loved the location! Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and quite large. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.

It’s a unanimous ‘perfection’ from all 5 adults and our 9-year old! Beds were a great firmness. Plenty of space to be together and apart. Bedrooms all good sized. Kitchen equipped really well with plenty of cooking pans, dishes and cutlery. Eric was immediately responsive when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. Themes in all the rooms show a caring homeowner notices even small things. We would stay here again!

My family, friends and i had a great time. The house provided us so much space for 8 adults. We loved cooking and eating in the outside patio. Communication with Eric was easy and prompt. He gave us detailed information and was very responsive. Everything that you need is in the house and the availability of beach items were also greatly appreciated. The condo was the perfect location in the property! Closest to the pool and beach! My kids and grandparents love the location. It has all the amenities you need. The property team were great and very responsive and respectful of your privacy. Definitely recommend this place for all families and groups.

This home exceeded our expectations. It had enough space for our family to have some privacy but the common spaces were so beautiful that it allowed us to enjoy each other’s company. The sliding doors to the lanai meant that it became part of the living space. We could walk to the beach and shopping. We were all enjoyed our time here!

Enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei Villas. The location was superb! Super clean, squeaky clean windows and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could imagine including bar ware. The Villa itself was very spacious for the eight adults that stayed there. Ample towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was an added perk! A short stroll to Wailea Beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

We have been to Maui yearly for almost 12 years. Our adult children and their spouses have never visited our truly relaxing vacation place. It was a joy to include them in our trip this year. The house fulfilled all our needs and was perfect for all of us to enjoy our family time in paradise.

This is a late review, but the experience is still bothering me. We stayed with our 4 kids for 3 nights after travelling to the other Hawaïen Islands for 2 weeks. The location is great, the house is nice, although the walk to the beach was further than expected. I would have rated the place 5 stars if it was not for the aunts. It was impossible to enjoy our stay with all the aunts. We were offered to be moved to another place the day before our departure, however it was already too late. They should fumigate this place monthly. I don't understand how they can rent a place in this condition. I noticed afterwards, after reading the reviews, that we were not the only ones to complain about the aunt problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was everything it was advertised to be and spacious enough for 8. We loved the convenience of having all the beach items. The kitchen was also well stocked. The host/property manager was available, if needed. We would 100% recommend this property and hope to return.

This unit has a convenient location very close to the pool and you avoid going up and down the steep hills in the neighborhood to get to it. The negative is that because of this, there is no view, which some of the other units have. The pool is very nice and no fighting for beach chairs, yay. The kitchen in the unit is nice and fairly updated. The bathrooms felt dated to me (2000s feeling) and could use a refresh, in my opinion. I was not a fan of the linens in this unit - cheap-feeling Target sheets and comforters instead of Duvets with a cover that can be washed. Comforters always gross me out, although they did appear clean. The bath towels are the thin/scratchy variety and we were only provided 8 bath towels for a one-week stay in a 4 bedroom unit. When I requested more, I got a bit of a passive-aggressive response but a few more towels were ultimately dropped off a day or two later. Be aware that this unit does not give you access to the pools at the Grand Wailea (my kids tried and were kicked out). All in all, a nice unit, but not fantastic.
