"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"The Staff was incredibly kind, we just did not care for that in a six day stay the bedding was not changed once. The walls are also incredibly thin, so for a night or two it would be great but for six it was to much when we could here every cough, squeak and conversation our neighbors were having and making. Our neighbor was a snorer so it kept me up most nights because it sounded like it was in our room.
So overall not a bad place to stay, staff was nice, (did not try the food so cant talk...

El edificio es precioso y tiene un encanto y personalidad únicos.
Aún así la antigüedad del edificio se nota en las instalaciones que son bastante frías."

"Stayed in a superior pod, very contemporary, comfortable, clean, and well insulated from the weather with lovely views of the loch and mountains.
Not much in the immediate area food wise (would need to drive to Balloch for any alternative dining options) but the food at Oaktree was lovely, tasty and filling. Good choice of whisky too."

"This is a beautiful hotel, the castle is lovely but the new building is gorgeous.
The room was a good size and was very tastefully decorated, and we had plenty of tea and coffee.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, served in the main bar area. "

"Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful.
