"Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Glasgow. Location is perfection. Room was just what we needed - spacious and with the small kitchenette we were able to have simple breakfasts and some other meals in when we wanted. Could have done without the fire alarm going off late one night and having to go stand on the street for 45 minutes until the fire brigade arrived but the alarm worked, so that’s the critical part anyway! And with three lifts, it didn’t take long to get all guests...

"Overall nice place to stay for a few days in Glasgow. The room we had was very large and well appointed. The negative for us was the room location. We were on the first floor on the side of the hotel that beside a bar. We could hear the thumping of the music late into the night. Breakfast was fine. Appreciated having laundry facilities."

"Unreliable elevator. Working some time but not other times. Staff or security not very helpful. Didn’t have our reservation at time of arrival and seemed very suspicious that we had one even though we pre checked in earlier.
Not a welcoming experience"

I just didn’t have any idea it was a student living place. I don’t remember seeing that information on the website."

"Honestly struggle to provide a positive rating due to the safety concern next to a shelter. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. On the positive it is close to rail station and city centre."
