We upgraded to the best available room, however i felt the finish in the room was poor, pipe work in bathroom, cracked tiles etc, just looked a bit tired.
When checking in we enquired about late check out, but werent given an answer and were told we would be contacted. We werent. Phoned reception numerous times, but all calls, unanswered.
The area for sitting in the room was too dark. The bedroom up stairs isnt a good idea, too far from the bathroom.
The worst part was the sleep quality, the light from the air con control panel lit up the whole bedroom area and made it difficult to sleep.
Very disappointed.
On check out i was ready to pass on my comments, but we werent asked how our stay was, so never bothered saying anything as they clearly dont care for guest feedback.
Wouldnt stay again
