"It's a cute little room with just a bed and two chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. I like the brick wall and the decor. The bed was comfy, and it was in a great location - so many cool spots within walking distance."

"This property was immaculately clean and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Perfect spot to enjoy Sioux Falls nightlife. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of bedrooms( 2 upstairs, 2 downstairs). The property was close to east side shopping, and restaurants. Liked the access to a garage for the car. Location had quick access to the bypass getting across town."

"The house is spacious and lovely, very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay with no issues. We would definitely stay there again. For those traveling with the elderly or those with mobility issues, please note there is not a bathroom or a bedroom on the main level. "

"We had an awesome stay. The house is great, shower has good water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and we were so close to everywhere we needed to go. Chris was awesome and very communicative"

"Great house for a group. Loved the large patio table and fire pit area. The park with pickleball directly behind the house was super fun. Worked well for our group of parents and grown kids with their spouses. "

"The house is spacious and clean! The beds are comfortable. Plenty of things you need like towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We were traveling with our 2 dogs. The yard is great for this, unfortunately we were there during baby bunny season and our dogs couldn’t be out there. BUT the neighborhood is wonderful and safe so we just walked them instead! If we return to the area we would stay here again. "
