"The staff was helpful, the property in a safe location, and no bugs. However, it was super dirty. The walls had stains smeared, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, and the bathroom smelled like a nursing home. There wasn’t a continental breakfast or even vending machines. No cable either. They also couldn’t honor my ADA request for a first floor room."

"In all honesty, don’t stay here even for the price, the pool was the “nicest part” but really dirty and freezing, ALOT of sketchy people which is not normally a problem but there were undoubtedly questionable things happening on this property, it smelled terrible everywhere, even the room did not feel or look clean. There was some guy who seemed to work there, I say this because when I walked In he was sitting with the manager talking in the chair area. But this man was supposedly on a phone...

"The carpet outside of our room was completely soaked so the water was soaking our feet to go in and out of our room. The bathroom has mold in all the caulking and I’d be concerned about the wet carpet molding. The waterslide attendants were miserable and there was a huge fist throwing fight in the pool between grown adults. Swearing and everything. I understand the pool attendants didn’t want to jump in as they could get hurt but go get someone."

"Location great for overnight to the airport only 10 min drive. Had to go to other hotel across parking lot to check in and out, but easy. Had some trouble with the door lock. Shade wouldn't stay down had to use desk to hold it pinned against wall. Old microwave but it worked. Wouldn't want to hang out here, but I was only there 9pm-6am. Bed was fine and plenty of hot water."

"Clean room, literally walk to the hospital through a hallway for Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital!!!! Could use some updates and more outlets for charging. But I would take the closeness and cleaness 1st/priority. And they definitely were a clean and so close to hospital. Staff was super helpful at all times."
