    Our property is strategically positioned in the heart of Sioux Falls.

    Whether you`re in town for business, leisure, or a blend of both, you`ll appreciate our location as an ideal starting point for your adventures.

    This fully stocked cottage is cozy, comfortable, and ready for guests.

    *Sleeping Spaces:
    - The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed.
    - The living room is equipped with a pull out couch or if preferred an air mattress is also available.
    - A pack n play is available for young guests.

    *Stay connected with fast wireless internet and enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry.

    *The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and complimentary K-cups and light snacks are provided.

    *The Roku TV offer entertainment to log into your personal favorite subscriptions.

    *A grill and fire pit are provided during April through October for guests to enjoy. Board games are available year round.

    *Off-street parking adds convenience.

    The entire house is for guests. The garage is not available for guest use.

    Please utilize the Airbnb messaging to have the fastest and most reliable contact. This messaging system is set to priority for all communication.
    Also available via text or phone if the Airbnb app has trouble.

This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!

Great property for our needs. We visited Sioux Falls for our Grandson’s Birthday and our Granddaughter’s dance recital. The property had plenty of toiletries, coffee, creamer and things to do laundry. Our small dogs loved exploring the fenced in back yard. The only thing I might mention is that it’s an older home and might not be for everyone.

The house was warm and comfortable it had everything we needed and more! Chris the host was very nice! It was a very nice work stay for 31 days. If we're back in Sioux Falls we would definitely stay here again five stars all day! Thank you Chris!

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in.The smell of the house was horrible.The doors was hard to close. The bed was very uncomfortable. The couch felt like we was sitting on boards. The grill was so filthy I couldn't even cook a steak on it. Please be ware of this place. Don't rent it.

Great place

We had an awesome stay. The house is great, shower has good water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and we were so close to everywhere we needed to go. Chris was awesome and very communicative

This is an older house so the bathroom is small. The driveway is shared with the neighbors who like to park 4 deep making it hard for larger suv to use. Had an issue with the tv, used app with no response so called the management company directly and it was resloved.

My stay began with my code, not working in the back entry door. This was the first inconvenience of many. It is advertised as a two bedroom. There is a bedroom with no dresser or chest of drawers, and a room with a bed and a clothes rack. This "bedroom" is where you would walk into the house using the front door. I had electrical issues in the bedroom that were fixed the following day. Unfortunately, when that was fixed, the electricity in the kitchen went out. Causing food in the refrigerator and freezer to go bad. Also, the wifi went out the second day and was never restored. The host made one attempt, while I was at dinner, to look at it. I told him id be there in 30 min or less and he said it would have to be another time. There was no other attempt.The tub was not draining. The host showed up unannounced, knocked on my window as I was in my car preparing to depart. He wanted to fix the tub.The host sent a handyman for the electrical issues. When the handyman came, he entered the house using a code on the back entry door. I was home at the time of course. As I went to let him in, he was in the house already. The front door was almost impossible to bolt. The inner kitchen door had no lock and would not even stay shut. I found an open box of condoms behind the couch and the toilet was disgusting.
