Lloguers de vacances a Île d'Orléans

"Proximité du club de golf royal quebec"

"This apartment had virtually everything going for it. I would happily live in it long-term. One of the things I found remakable was the QUIET. The bed was also very comfortable. As a result we slept better in the Loft than in any other rented room we've ever stayed in. The only improvement I would suggest to the owners is building better storage for clothes."

"Location is great, property is very clean."

"Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access."

"The room and check-in process was great over all. However, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms. When occupants of the above unit showered, one of the bathroom in my unit would also have water coming down from the ceiling light in the shower. We were a little worried if there might be an electrocution risk in that bathroom. I phoned the management right the way when it happened, they never sent anyone. The next day I guess the people in the unit above checked out, so we did not have any...
