"Resident met our needs as we were traveling to MD Anderson. The host was excellent and was very accessible. We were in the third floor. There are no elevators and that was a bit challenging for us. However, we will most definitely want to return to Reside for our next MDA visit."

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
