"We were hung up on twice calling for the shuttle, our room had bugs, live and dead all over the room and bathrooms, we were given a new room however it was a king size bed when I originally booked 2 queens as there were 3 of us. We were offered a roll out however we had to go get it do to staffing levels. We paid for a late check out and were kicked out of our room. Would not recommend this place. "

"We arrived at 9:20pm. We were in room 204. Since 10pm, our next room 205 was very noisy in and out. Jumped very loud. We tried to call the front desk to stop them but no answer. It’s up to 3:30am. I went out to stop them. Next morning I reported to the front desk. He told me that he knew it. I was surprised that since he knew it but not stop them."
