"The staff was excellent and perfectly attentive to any and all needs. The property is not kept up well though. The hinges on doors in the bathroom are rusted. The toilet is sized for a toddler. The amenities are very outdated. You can’t even stream on the tv’s. The towels are not adult size."

"All of the staff were helpful and kind. The afternoon treats in the lobby in the afternoon and butler pantry on each floor in the morning were a nice touch. "A new hotel. Opened in April 2026. Very clean and friendly staff. Although the pool are always amazingly beautiful, the pool as too cold and the hot tub was too hot. Everything else was amazing."
