"The most helpful, friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever had when travelling. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helping many times to plan trips, lots of local recommendations! The room was beautiful, pristine clean and has everything you need. Great location for the Old Quarter, only a short walk to the night markets, to train street and many other beautiful spots. We actually booked extra nights here after we were due to check out as we loved it so much....

"I stayed here for two nights. Even before I arrived they messaged me via WhatsApp and made sure that I had all my arrangements and if I needed anything. When I first arrived in Hanoi, and then flying out with 4 nights in between. As I was traveling from another country I had luggage I didn’t need. They were very accommodating towards me and allowed me to leave my luggage for those 4 days and it was ready for me when I came back. The staff were so friendly and always made me feel like a VIP....

"We absolutely give this hotel a five-star rating! Its convenient location makes it easy to get around and shop. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff was not only attractive but also attentive and they also provide laundry service, transportation to airport which was fantastic. They catered to every need. The hotel facilities were also very new, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff. Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day. Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing. Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that. Definitely recommend 👌 "

"Air conditioning barely worked when I arrived. After informing staff I was relocated to another room for a day and evening until unit was repaired. Great morning and day staff. Over night staff rude and unhelpful. I would stay again only because of the morning staff’s great attitude and help. Place needs some updating , expectations should not be the Marriott of hotels this is an authentic local run hostel / hotel. Plenty of stores and cafe style places right outside your door. "

"旧市街の中心部にあり、観光にとても便利でした。部屋はとても清潔で、温かいシャワーも問題なく出ます。帰国時のフライトが夜中だったのですが、出発まで荷物を預かってくれ、晩ご飯の手配もしてくださいました。スパが併設されているので、チェックアウト後に利用させていただきました。 部屋は窓が小さくてやや閉塞感がありましたが、朝食は最上階の窓から光が差し込む空間で気持ち良かったです。味も良かったです。"
