"Newer property. Easy check in process. 3 elevators, so no long wait times to get to your room. Safety checkpoint by needing to scan your card to get to your floor. I was on the 23rd floor. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Free waters, clean towels all the time. 3 restaurants connected to the building. They have a roof top bar. I wasn’t able to checkout it out, but looked like it could be fun. Relatively accessible location. Overall accessible building. Restaurants within walking distance....

"Please invest in ironing boards and irons if you are operating in an area likely to invite business visitors. Would be nice to have the TV work and not be hanging on top of the already tiny desk space. No kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. Despite two calls, no wake-up call? Was advised cleaning is done every third day? No amount of sweet-talking staff makes up for lacking comforts."

"We loved our stay at this stylish, warm hotel.
The staff are lovely. Our room was very comfortable, clean and the location is accessible to all on the Upper West side, and where ever else you want to go-Subway lines, Uber/Lyft, Cabs, and public transportation. I love walking over to Central Park. Breakfast coupons are included for the next door bakery or can be used for cocktails in the gorgeous lounge. Viva Belleclaire!"

"I tend to leave good reviews because I’m a positive person with low expectations. But this time…I’m serious. This place is EFFING amazing! I honestly hesitate to write this because I don’t want them to raise their rates. As someone who travels twice a month for work I really notice thoughtful touches. Like clear directions for the property in the room, coffee, fridge, counter space and a real usable closet. The square footage of a king room is bigger than an NYC 1 bedroom apt! "We had a good stay. We were able to check in early which was super convenient especially with the blizzard. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is very close to the Empire State Building. The only down side is that the hotel charges you an amenities fee at the end of your stay which was dumb. The lady at the desk when I checked out was kinda rude too. Apparently the amenities are the discount the bakery next door offers however we didn’t use the discount. Also for the two water bottles and...

"The location was great and worked well for me. Since the hotel is not in Time Square, traffic was lighter and I had no problem walking to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will be staying at this hotel again when I'm in the area."
