"The house was clean and check-in was very simple. Host touched base with us prior to stay- great communication The house is positioned on a very busy road which created road noise for the living/kitchen area but you couldn't hear in the bedroom so didn't effect our sleepI should have researched the location a little more to see what was immediately surrounding the house. "Make sure you have completed all check-in emails, etc. before arriving. You'll want the step-by-step check-in instructions (lock box location, code) and step-by-step directions to the property. We arrived before I had done all that (my fault!). The problem was, once I got ahold of someone, they couldn't send a viable link to either my email or via text.
