Step into the open living space with comfy seating and a large smart TV (bring your own login). The space flows into the dining area, featuring a wooden table for 6 and a backyard-facing window, perfect for meals or game nights.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, basic spices, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and kettle. The open layout makes it easy to cook and socialize.

Second living room:
Cozy retreat off the kitchen with a sleeper sofa, chairs, 65-inch smart TV, and board games—ideal for family nights or group hangouts. 5 steps down.

Master bed:
Upstairs king-size memory foam bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Includes linens, toiletries, full-length mirror, closet, iron, and ironing board.

Bedroom 2 & 3
Queen-size beds, nightstands, and closet space. Bedroom 2 also has a desk and chair for work or study. Both are on 2nd floor.

Kids' room
Bunk bed with a slide, games, and easy access to a full bathroom—perfect for little guests. Located on 1st floor, 5 steps down the kitchen.

** In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
** Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund.
** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, at the doorbell for the security of owner's belongings.
