Whether you're attending an event, visiting friends or family, or want to explore all that Indianapolis has to offer, you will find our newly renovated retreat comfortable, charming, and convenient no matter how long you wish to stay!

Relax and unwind or explore downtown Indianapolis in our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxurious & cozy retreat! Sleeping arrangements for 6 make this the place to share with friends or family. Plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, you have a living room and kitchen downstairs, with the family room & extra study/chill room if you need to work with high speed WiFi. There are large flat screen smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN & ESPN Plus or log into your favorites streaming services like Netflix and the like!!

Overall this is a nice house with plenty of room and centrally located but the service from the owner was less than acceptable. There was no coffee and no laundry detergent, which isn’t a big deal but never responded to inquiries. What really isn’t acceptable is that the thermostat defaulted to 60 every hour. So you could turn the heat up but every hour, it would turn back down to 60. So both nights, we ended up very cold when we woke up. When asked about it; again, no response. Disappointing because the actual house was pleasant.

Just right

We came to Indianapolis to see the Fever play. The house was very nice and clean. The location was perfect. Quick Uber to the game! The neighbors were friendly. We would stay again next time we come to see Fever play!

We had an amazing stay. It provided us with a place to come back to after a long day on the lacrosse field and provide us with a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Overall good and for a short stay near downtown - easy access.

Overall was good. The bathroom situation with none on second floor was disappointing. Not a place to walk around or hang out outside. Served the purpose. Would have preferred a door on the bathroom and. Tv in a main area on 1st floor.

This is NOT a luxury property - beware!

I booked this property based on its description as a “luxury home,” but that label couldn’t be further from the truth. This is an old house that’s been poorly renovated—think “lipstick on a pig.” The workmanship was shoddy throughout, and it was clear that corners were cut during the so-called renovation.There were numerous issues during our stay:The thermostat was programmed to 50 degrees and kept resetting itself. I had to figure out how to reprogram it just to keep the house livable.No basic amenities: no Kleenex, no ice trays, no filtered water.The master bathroom had no hot water—just barely warm. The hot water handle in the shower was broken and spun uselessly.The towels provided were extremely low quality.Toilet paper holders weren’t even attached to the wall.The house is in a very unsafe neighborhood—not what you'd expect for a “luxury” stay.The street out front is technically two-way but lined with cars on both sides, making it a tight and dangerous squeeze for even one car.To top it all off, communication with the host was non-existent. I reached out multiple times with specific concerns and received nothing but canned, automated responses that didn’t address a single issue I raised.Bottom line: This was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone—especially not under the false pretense of it being a luxury home.

Family Trip

The house was super cute and clean. A little short on amenities like no dressers for clothes, no hangers no power strips (it’s an old house so not many places to plug in electronics) BUT!!! I did mention these to the home owner and they were super acknowledging of the suggestions. They were so easy to reach through messaging and when I asked for late check out they were more than happy to work with us. This house is so charming and close to EVERYTHING. When I rented some friends from Indy said the area was not necessarily the best. Again here are my thoughts. Everywhere can be that way. They have security cameras set up, the neighbors we met were super nice, everyone in the area seems to be remodeling and we loved it. It was so convenient for what we needed. It was a perfect little get away!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay for a family

The house was surprisingly roomy and beautiful inside. There was enough room to fit our whole group and not feel like we were on top of each other. The fact that there was provided shampoo and conditioner was a great touch since we forgot ours. The stairs are tight and steep so just be warned of that. However all the amazing little details made it worth coming back to.

Great house. Convenient location

We were visiting our son, his wife, and new grandson who live near downtown Indy, and this house worked very well for us to host a Thanksgiving dinner for our newly expanded family. Check in was a breeze. House was extra clean and smartly decorated. Everything very close to downtown. B would book again

Stadium Stay with entrance ramp.

This is a great little house in walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. The house is a renovated historic brick home with the original wood floors in parts. The downstairs master has a large connecting bathroom with a spacious closet. The stairs to the top floor are original to the turn of the 20th century and are different than a modern build, but are fine to navigate slowly. The upstairs bedrooms allow for a nice combination of guests. There is additional an office space and a separate place to relax and watch TV upstairs. The house is located next to a major interstate so there is constant traffic noise and vibration. This did not bother us, as we loved the access to Lucas oil stadium. It was less than a 15 minute Walk or a 3 minute drive. Uber was $5. We loved having a kitchen and table for family meals. Parking was not a problem either.

Great location to Downtown

We were in town for a football game at Lucas Oil Stadium. The location of the property was walking distance to the stadium. Also a very short uber ride to downtown area. House was very clean and plenty big for our group. Communication with the host was excellent. Definetly a good place stay if you are visiting Indianapolis.

Great house

Very clean, responsive manager, everything we needed. Location is hard to get in and out of, don't think about walking anywhere, and not a great neighborhood. Pictures are a little deceptive - there is no backyard to speak of, and what is there is not fenced. That was a disappointment since we have small children.

The house overlooks south side of I-70, it was spacious & comfortable. Wish checkin was at 3 pm instead of 4pm. and 10 am check-out meant we had to find places to spend time after / before flights. But all in all we were pleased.

Short visit

We like the property we were unable to get a hold of the hosts. We were locked out on the second night and had to purchase a hotel elsewhere, but still got charged for the stay. they have not communicated with us since so we are not getting our money back for the second night. I don’t believe the neighborhood is safe. They were police called the first night. We stayed there across the street. They don’t have a phone number. You can get a hold of them at, they don’t respond quickly. You’ll end up waiting about 4 to eight hours To get a response from the hosts Even if you’re standing outside the property in the middle of the night. Pretty disappointed to say the least.
