"Wonderful staff. Comfortable atmosphere, not too posh, but very nice. Just right. The view was fantastic and the setting at The Tower was exciting and awe inspiring. There were small maintenance issues but for the price paid, they were not a problem. Room was very quiet, easy to sleep. There is a small Tesco around the corner and several restaurants just nearby. The nearest Tube station was too far for us to walk. We used Uber a lot to get around the South Bank. I wouldn't have stayed here on a...

"Ottima struttura (nuovissima) in un quartiere di Londra ben collegato con la metro. A 4 Min a piedi si trovano svariati negozi, ristoranti,pub e centro commerciale. "Check in great and efficient, room adequate though a bit in need of updating. Food in The Green Stag was good and service by Kavyak was excellent, hard working lady! Our room had a connecting door and the people in that room were very loud and we were woken up at 5.40am by them!!! "

"The room was spotless, a compact space that was perfect for our family stay in London. Our boys loved the mezzanine style! Location was perfect for us, the Underground was so close. The receptionist who greeted us was very good, he told us all the information we needed and our room was ready before check-in so we were delighted. A great, convenient experience for us!"

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location by the river. The suites are very generous size wise. Very helpful staff. The only negative is a 15 min walk to the nearest tube station but other than that we couldn't really fault it."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und renoviert. Leider konnte man die Balkontür nicht öffnen um zu lüften. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, jeder findet hier etwas. Die U-Bahnstation South Kensington ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Buckingham Palace geht man ca. 20 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert."
