"Was lucky to stay here before a few years ago and was pleased to see return visit was just as good. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. Staff were very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend staying here, whether you are single, couple or as a family. Walk from Shinagawa station is short so easy to get into the rest of Tokyo, however, if you have a large bag and walk from the station there is a slope up the hill to get to the hotel.
