"El lugar es increíble, excelente atención, muy amables, ubicación perfecta. Seguro regreso !"

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"Very well located at walking distance from the train station. Clean rooms and excellent staff. Great breakfast"

"The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured."

"ryokan formidable 25 chambres datent de plus de 100 ans , proprio très serviable un beau séjour"

"Great hotel with larger rooms located inside an office building occupying the top 4 floors. It's a little further from subway/train station (10 minutes on foot), but on your way there you get an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel had a very good breakfast (2500 yen per person) and nightly complimentary happy hour between 5-7 pm. The rooms a spacious and have everything you need. Location is perfect to/from Haneda airport via monorail that stops at every airport terminal. Highly...

"Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great location. Was able to drop off luggage earlier than check-in, allowing us to explore before our room was available. Zero complaints. 10/10 experience with this hotel."

"夜景が綺麗で眺めが良い。"

"The Area is beautiful. Staff were very supportive and informative and air conditioning phenomenal. Considering coming from alaska felt like home"

"Was good 👍"

"Handy for the station to get into shibua and haneda airport. We stayed just as a base for one night before heading to the airport. There is a steep hill to get up which is a bit tricky with luggage but fine one the way back ! Apartment ok very basic but nice toiletries. We appreciated them accommodating our request for an early bag drop too. They were very communicative and responded"

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Japanese traditional breakfast was my favourite"
