"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing."

"3泊しましたが、朝食は３日とも全く同じメニュー且つ品数も少なく飽きました。 メインを3種類の中から選ぶのですが、提供が非常に遅く…正直、朝食を付けたプランにした事を後悔しました。ホテルの周りは飲食店だらけなので、立地は良かったので、次回宿泊する際は、朝食は付けないでおこうと思いました。"

"The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to everything. Travelling with our older kids was easy since they could jump onto the train and go anywhere with ease."

"Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!"

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

Colazione abbondante . L 'hotel si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Shinagawa e se non si vuole fare la passeggiata sino alla stazione all 'esterno della struttura ci sono i taxi. "
