"Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages. Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice. Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair. Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. "The access to the property was impeded by the demolition of the adjacent hotels. this made it extremely difficult to off load luggage. AND with NO help from the staff it was even more stressful. I was very dismayed by this and was expecting a more inviting experience. This hotel did not act in what I was counting on. They did not put "BEST" in the Best Western motto."
