"This resort was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had split our Spring Break into 2 different resorts and we WISHED we had known RiverStone would have been this great, we would have cancelled our other trip. The only reason we didn't extend our trip at Riverstone was because we prepaid another resort in another state. We WILL be coming back to this location and using this resort. Amazing team Amazing amenities, everything was great. I highly recommend"

"Location was great. Everything from the staff to the ambiance was amazing. There was a bit of a wait time for the bar and the restaurant, they seemed to be a bit short staffed. However, my husband and I had a great time here. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg this is definitely the hotel we will be staying again. "

"The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower.

"I checked in, saw the room, checked out. The room was mucky and damp. The "balcony" was littered with beer cans and cigarette butts. We tried to look over those things but then we saw the condition of the bed. I do not like to leave bad reviews. I do not recommend this place. I probably would have had confrontation with the manager had I not recognize right from the start she was going to be combative with us. So I was very passive in order to get my refund. "
