"Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but waited only an hour. Room very clean. Breakfast was a few bars, some yogurt and coffee. Few pkgs of hard boiled eggs. And commercial muffins wrapped… same as you’d get from a vending machine. The check in person was new and had difficulty at check in but she had a nice friendly attitude …. Eventually got us a clean room."

"The staff was pleasant and act right away upon our request to have one of the bed redone due to the amount of dog hair left on the sheets and bankets. We do not have a dog! Be aware that is a motel pet friendly. The room was nice & big but could use a thorough cleaning! Otherwise, very pretty place!"

"Jules was very accommodating and breakfast was delicious. The views from the front porch were lovely and there was a very friendly “outdoor “ cat, more than ready to jump into your lap and curl up, if you so desired!"

"Good location right off the highway. Had parking available nearby to accommodate a 20’ U-Haul truck and car carrier. Clean room tho sadly I had difficulty sleeping on the mattress."

"We had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Place Harrisonburg! The **location is awesome** and incredibly convenient. Our room was **spacious, exceptionally clean**, and featured a **great mountain view** that was wonderful to wake up to each morning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area—we would definitely stay here again!"

"Although this is a non-smoking hotel, there seems to be residual odors, as my wife is an alergy sufferer we checked out immediately and went to the Best Western across the street."

"I usually stay at the Madison when in Harrisonburg visiting family. This time our stay was not its usual five stars . Noise in the hallways and outside late night kept me From sleeping well . Dirty carpet in room . Scratchy sheets . We stayed Saturday night so not sure I will stay there again and maybe stay at a b and b in countryside ."
