"I selected this stay due to the location of the cavern and the reviews said it was clean. I do think those reviews were bots. Check in wasn’t bad but once we got to the room it went downhill. The room reeked of smoke, the pillows had wet stains, the bathroom had hair all over, the shower was dirty, ..."
