It’s perfectly located to go to the many wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area, It is an easy drive into Charlottesville. Our hostess was great, texting to check if we needed anything. "It was perfect hideaway for two couples to unwind and relax with absolutely breathtaking scenery, all the amenities you need, and a beautiful clean home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck as the sun rose before us, visited fabulous local wineries, cooked in the well-appointed spacious kitchen, sat out and watched the stars pop out in the evening, warmed up around a late-night fire pit, and slept like babies in comfy beds. "This is a very lovely log cabin with a large main floor with beautiful and comfortable furniture, a large, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds and bedrooms upstairs. It's secluded, quiet, and set in a lovely area. It was pretty clean. I would recommend it and stay here again. My only concerns is that we arrived late at night and the house lights were not on outside and it was very dark and difficult to see.
