"Property is pretty new. Nice size fridge and full stove/oven. Our unit did not have a dishwasher, but it was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, but comforter was very heavy. More like a January comforter than May. Also, IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, make sure you ask for a room with accommodations. The tub is raised and was difficult for me to enter. Also, tub bottom is not a safety flooring and no grab handles. There is a bath mat. Only suggestion I have is a couple more towels in...

"Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm."

"We took a day trip from Richmond traveling 250 (Broad St) the entire way on a beautiful Fall day, knowing that we would end the evening at this delightful little cottage, It is exactly as pictured and more. From a nicely stocked kitchen and extras in the bathroom if you forgot something, like toothpaste. "We are return guests. Our pups love the back yard and the lil’ streams. Everything we needed was provided. (We brought our own crates/dog beds.) It’s a very old cabin with an addition, but we adore the older, rustic charm. Having a washer/dryer in the basement is wonderful, wifi was strong, brand new towels, nice heaters in each room and communication with the owner was great!
