You'll be nestled on the Siuslaw River just east of the edge of the city, and a drive through town and up to North Jetty will get you to the beach. It's easy to get to Three Rivers Casino from your hilltop perch, and you can hop in the car and head into Old Town Florence for browsing specialty shops and dining on seafood at the quality local eateries. Take a day trip north of town to hike on the Hobbit Trail, check out the Sea Lion Caves, and pay a visit to the Heceta Head Lighthouse for more hiking trails, sweeping ocean views, and tidepools.

The open living area is bright, with high ceilings and ample windows, and the free WiFi and cable TV provide plenty of entertainment opportunities for everyone in your group. Make a scrumptious barbecue meal on the charcoal grill or head to the spacious, full kitchen, then savor your creation in the well-lit dining area or out on the deck. Enjoy some friendly competition at the private pool table in the garage with your favorite snacks and drinks before turning in for the night. Small dogs are welcome for an additional nightly pet fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Effective for our Family

The property is in a great location for easy access around town. It was nice that we were able to have our whole family and our dogs on vacation. The property was dirty on the floors, so we had to keep our shoes on in the house to keep our feet clean. There were a few areas in the basement that had some spiders, so we had to keep our daughter upstairs only to avoid them.

Nice size and layout, some issues

This house had a nice layout for a large group and was pretty clean. Nice location in a quiet area close to Florence. It needs some maintenance work. Some chairs were broken. Outlets don’t work in downstairs bedrooms. You can see the river from the deck and from one of the windows if you look from the correct angle.

Family two night stay

Location is great, spacious house, teens enjoyed pool table. Floors were dirty, sign asked us to remove shoes but our feet were black after. House in need of maintenance, holes in walls, broken chairs, broken blinds, oven door front missing. Decor was a mish mash, kinda looked like grandma's house but beds were comfortable.

Great for a guys weekend

We rented this house for a guys weekend of boating and riding quads on the dunes. It was perfect for our group of 6. The carpets are destroyed, the furniture is old and worn and there were a few minor items in disrepair, but it was just fine for 6 dudes. The location is awesome and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles plus a boat. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable

I really liked this place. It’s just comfortable, it may be a bit dated but I didn’t feel like I was break anything. Has lots of bathrooms and everyone has their own space. Overall I really enjoyed it.

If you’re looking for clean & comfortable, don’t book this location

Let’s start w/the few positives. It’s very spacious, the location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. That’s it. The smell in this home was horrendous, the furniture looks like it was just thrown in from yard sales which is probably contributing to the smell. Everything was filthy, the cleaning fee is completely redundant. It’s very clearly just pocketed. We had to disinfect majority of the house ourselves, the BBQ was a fire hazard that we had to clean in order to even use and the amount of dust that came off of just the pillows while going to bed was disgusting!! We will not be back.

Disgusting and Dirty

This house is not worth the amount that is charged. The house smells musty and you can not open windows because there are no screens. The ice maker spills all over the floor. There are cob webs everywhere. The carpets are stained and falling apart, these are covered by cheap rugs that are curling and fraying so they are a tripping hazard. There are holes in walls, the caulking in the showers and bathtub are moldy. All the furniture inside and out are falling apart. There was even poop behind a couch downstairs. There are hardly any curtians as well. I was appalled. We will never ever return or reccomend this property. This was not worth 460.00 a night. I wish I could get my money back. I have paid less for emmaculate rentals in more desired locations along the oregon coast.

A bit deceiving

The place is NOT clean at all. Exposed electrical outlets, broken furniture, trash and food under beds. Massive leak under kitchen sink with very bad rot. Was given cleaning supplies to clean ourselves. No remote controls for TVs in the bedrooms, so therefore, no working TVs. We wont be returning to this site. Very disappointed

Everything Broken

The location was great and convenient to everything. The home was VERY spacious. Thats all the good I can say... This property is NOT clean at all! SO much broken items throughout the home. SOME of the things broken in this house: clothes washer, furniture pieces throughout home, shower head holder, missing blinds everywhere. We could not get the TV to work! The dishes in the cupboards were oily. For such a high price, we would EXPECT a cleaner home and not finding everything didn't work. Not staying here again and dont recommend this property.

Great place for large groups

Great location, nice big yard, lots of room for large groups. This house could be five stars if some of the furniture and appliances were updated. The couches had many years of use and we couldn't use the sleeper sofas because the mattress' were so thin you could feel every bar across your back. The oven was quite small for trying to cook for large groups and the microwave didn't work properly. All in all it is in a great location and perfect size for large groups as there is plenty of space for everyone. Just a few updates would make this an even better choice.

Enough Room for the whole family.

Big house with lots of room for everyone. Great location. Close to everything. House has some repair issues. Front door will not remain closed without the dead bolt. Front rail post has rotted thru and is a safety hazard. Would stay there again in a heart beat

Be careful

It's a good property, no doubt but you have got to be careful to not lose or forget anything behind. I missed one of my item right on the kitchen counter and reached out the very next day but it could not be located. Again, good rental but be careful.

They could definitely do better!!

This property was very dirty. It I had massive amounts of cigarette butts on the balcony. It have broken chairs a broken railing a broken microwave. There was 12 of us in our party and eight of us have massive amounts of bug bites. I called and asked for them to come spray, and some lady showed up and was in the house for all of two minutes. I feel really disappointed after spending so much money for less than 48 hours. When I call VRBO they really don't have a solution. It would be nice for a company to understand that not everybody has that kind of money to be spending all the time and when they do the house should be up to par. I feel very disappointed

Great clean home with good views and lots of parking

Great place to stay! Was very clean and nice on the inside. We went with 3 other couples for a dune trip was lots of parking in the driveway for trailers and cars. All the beds were comfy and lots of bathrooms for everyone. Thank you
