"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much.
I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.
Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

"This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys."

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Great stay at this property. The room was large and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. A very modern bathroom although the extractor fan could have been more powerful to dry the bathroom. We couldn’t work out the air conditioning but it wasn’t too warm in the room. It was quiet at night and the curtains made the room dark so easy to sleep. The staff were very friendly and we had a cooked breakfast the next morning. The location is great and only about a 10 minute walk into the city...
