"Iy was a lovely stay. Nice room, great staff. The only thing I’d change is the shower handle because the spray is too strong and there is no way to make it come down more gently. Breakfast could have a couple of hot items to make it more appealing but as a continental choice is good enough. The atmosphere is great, lots of music fans as guests."

"Came here for the 4th of July. Staff handled the crowd well. Room was spotless and very comfortable. My one complaint is that the shower had terrible pressure and barely any hot water and I don't think it was just due to too many people at once. Otherwise it was a nice stay."

"Hotel room is smaller than any European hotel I’ve stayed in, which is saying a lot. If you’ve ever wanted to go to the bathroom in the middle of your bedroom with just a piece of glass separating you and your partner, then it’s a great place. Mini fridge didn’t work. Shower water pressure was dismal. Elevators didn’t work consistently. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

"I was very disappointed with our stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the rooftop pool, but after checking in we found out that pool access requires a reservation. This was never made clear during the booking process, and if it is mentioned somewhere on the website, it’s not easy to find. We only learned about it through a text message after we had already checked in—not from the hotel staff. We stayed from Friday through Sunday, and the pool was fully booked the entire weekend, so...
