"We LOVED our view of the falls from our 34th floor window! We could easily see both falls, the color changing lights and fireworks were spectacular from our room. The jacuzzi tub with view of the falls was an added bonus! The shuttle guys were terrific in offering things to see and answering questions. They were very friendly and prompt in getting us back and forth to the off site parking! Highly recommend!"

"The location is walking distance from everything that’s important. Compared to other properties the price was very reasonable, albeit it’s still expensive for what you get, but everything seems to be that way these days. What I didn’t like is when I searched on Expedia for parking included, this property came up, but it’s not included. It’s an additional $15 a night. But again. It’s reasonable for the area.."

Room was clean and for the most part in good working condition AC was excellent Pool was nice and the hours convenient On the negative The tub water valve would not mix hot an cold water soi had to fillhot and then add cold The AC unit, while pumping plenty of cold, it was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep The water bottles in the room are not free, but $4 each - seriously? A poster in the elevator said the staff would know of...

"Overall was what we paid for. Ac, comfy bed, good wifi. A little outdated but not the end of the world. The area was close walking distance but people hanging outside the motel at all times of the day drinking and yelling at people (has nothing to do with motel but just felt unsafe in the area)"

"We love the Kent Motel; every room is unique and eclectic and the croissants and coffee in the bake shop downstairs to die for! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to the Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, with great restaurants and historic sites very nearby. This is our favorite place to stay in the area, and we say that as frequent visitors to Niagara who have tried a significant number of accommodations in the area!"

"Buildings are nice and secure, needing your room key to get into the building. Room was very nice and was like a small studio apartment. Also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options."

"Family stay was not very great but fine for the $. A guy was smoking in pathway so it’s yucky, no heater inbuilt in the room but when asked they gave portable heaters and also table fan so it’s fine. Bathroom doesn’t have built in exhaust fan working condition. When I reported they act as they’re not aware. Car parking was very easy and flexible enough to extend for until 4 PM so Thank you for the same and well appreciated."
