Perfect Getaway

Highly recommend The Elk Lodge or any other cabin at Cinnamon Valley. Chuck and John were great and the place was fantastic. Very clean and very peaceful. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Christmas Getaway

Our stay was perfect! Just perfect!! Could have stayed in the home the whole time! So welcoming with the Christmas tree and fireplace. The whole set up was just gorgeous. And the location (for such a rustic setting) could not have been any better. We highly recommend. Thank you Cinnamon Valley for offering such a beautiful property.

Amazing stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin and property was clean and cozy. The owners were helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, and nice! They gave us plenty of recommendations on places to check out while in town. The fireplace was so cozy that we found ourselves wanting to stay in the cabin! There was plenty of firewood for our stay. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much for our amazing few day get away!!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

The Elk Lodge was everything we needed to celebrate our anniversary in a relaxed and secluded environment. Greatly appreciated the fireplace wood being replenished each day. The three decks at varying heights and location added to the charm. The cabin was decorated warmly and inviting. We will definitely plan to return.

Elk Lodge in November

The leaves were just starting to turn when arrived. Beautiful location. It got pretty stormy one night, but the cabin is well made, so you could barely tell. The property is well maintained.

Noisy

At night when the cabin was heating and then cooling, everything was creaking. It sounded like someone in cabin and climbing the noisy stairs. 2 nights we were lucky to get 3 hours of sleep. The cabin is beautiful but the noise spoiled the trip.

Elk Lodge

The Elk Lodge was wonderful. Very clean, had everything we needed and is so beautiful and interesting inside. Loved the hot tub. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the back and loved the views and the wildlife. Great place to relax or go on really nice walks on the trails and see so much nature and wildlife like deer, wild turkeys and Canadien geese.

Off the beaten path

The coziness of the Elk Lodge was so relaxing. Enjoyed coffee out on the porch watching the deer. The isolation of the cabin was nice. Felt like we were the only two on the property.

Beautiful weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at the Elk Lodge. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The office staff was kind and the location was so peaceful. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Peaceful stay in nature, close to town

This cabin was nearly perfect for the two of us. It was a little bit quirky and unique in the layout, but that was fine for us. The road leading up to the cabin was a bit rough but the grounds are beautiful and well manicured. There are many other cabins on this property, but in our 5 night stay we only saw another vehicle once (no cabins are visible from this one). There is more outside deck area than two people could ever use. The giant jetted tub is a nice perk. Beautiful place, would stay again.

Perfect anniversary destination

The cabin felt cozy and secluded but was still close to town. Everything was clean and we loved the giant indoor jacuzzi tub! We were blessed with a beautiful dusting of snow and saw so many deer! The only negative is that the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs, but overall it was wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

Anniversary Stay

I found this gem for my wife and my 13th anniversary. It was an extremely beautiful property. Perfectly clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. My wife was just blown away. We hope to stay there again!
