"The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating price was good and they are very fair. I did smoke a couple of cigarettes in the room it was late at night and forgot to go outside. She was very fair about it. The only complaint is the pool was getting empty. I think they were doing repairs. Plenty of parking and waffle house is walking distance. "

"All of the Staff was really nice and helpful. Casino was clean and smelled good. all the rest room as well. All the pools were clean, huge and had a fire pit and a Jacuzzi. A few restaurants to choose to eat the best one is Ember. Unfortunately, no free breakfast but they have room service plenty of parking and if you like you can do valet we will definitely be staying here again."

"This was my second stay at this property.The property is lovely and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable despite the property being on the older side (1980's). I think the age adds to the charm. The many available pools and hot tubs meet whatever need you are looking for, quiet, lively, or sunset. "Clean rooms, great hospitality, except around the area, in the parking lot was not too safe. There were quite a few homeless and other sellers of drugs and such. There was security around so we were safe. Thank you for having us stay at your hotel!"

"Expedia kind of messed up our booking unfortunately but the front desk agent was so helpful and accommodating to ensure we were taken care of. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is a great start to the day. Love that espresso machine! "

"Check in was fast and very professional. However, the contractor that they have working there are the worst that I have ever been around. They do not clean up behind themselves. The room that we stayed in was not ready to be rented out. The gashes in the walls were not filled in, the painting was not properly completed, the floors had not been cleaned, there was no soap try in the shower and we had to go to the front desk to get towels. We have stayed at this place many times and never had a bad...

"Needed a little solo getaway, and the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely perfect. The young lady who checked me in had exceptional customer service skills—warm, professional, and welcoming. I loved spending time by the pool, and the location couldn’t be better—everything in Old Town is within walking distance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. I’ll definitely be back!"
